We are a national UK charity and have a small team of remote volunteers who ensure our Helpline is manned from 8am-8pm 7 days a week.

As one of our helpline volunteers you will be helping people across the UK who feed their visiting foxes; offering support, guidance and medication advice for them to treat ailments such as mange, eye infections and sprain injuries through target feeding.

You need to have a cool head under pressure and be able to multitask as when the Helpline gets busy we sometimes have multiple rescue requests as well as people asking for advice and medication for their foxes.

Experience in a similar role is ideal but not necessary as long as you are proactive and willing to learn, you'll find working with us a very rewarding experience.

You will get support from our wonderful team and access to a comprehensive database of resources to help you whilst on your shifts, we generally do 4 hour shifts and there are several shifts available covering both weekdays and weekends.
